Support Center FAQ

Support Center is a service on the Bumblebee platform that allows customers to file support tickets and providers to correspond with the customers on the tickets until the customers resolve them.


How to create a support ticket?

  1. Login to the Bumblebee portal.

  2. At the main navigation menu, click Support, then click Create Ticket


How to correspond a support case?

  1. Login to the Bumblebee portal.

  2. At the main navigation menu, click Support.

  3. A list of the prior or current tickets are displayed.

  4. Select the ticket you like to correspond.

  5. The correspondence page is on the second half of the browser page as shown below.

  6. Click Reply to start the correspondence.

How to resolve a ticket?

In the Ticket list page, select the ticket. Click Actions -> Resolve ticket
