This document lists and explains the service features supported on BN-CPE-1000. The service features are grouped together for their functionalities. Under each group is a list of the services.

General Information Group
Edit CPE Info (for BN-CPE-1000 Service Features)
Make changes, such as CPE name, shipping address, site address, provider service ID and client circuit ID, local contact name, local contact emal, etc, to a device.
Edit Network Info
Make changes to WAN and LAN addresses of the device.
Assign Entity
Assign the device to an entity. The purpose is for IAM access control that determines who can view what information. Refer to this document for more details.
Performance Tests Group
Start Activation Test
The Activation Test runs at any time, it tests throughput, latency and jitter to assure the service contract. Refer to this document for more details.
Retrieve Activation Test Report
This is to retrieve the latest Activation Test report, up to 10 test results are saved.
Edit Daily Performance Test
This service allows you to run the link throughput daily so that operations team proactively monitors the WAN link condition. Test results are stored on the platform for 3 years.
Advanced Features Group
Edit Appflow
Enable Appflow to see applications passing through the device. It also enables application performance troubleshooting. For more information, refer to this link.
Edit Down Notification Interval
The default notification interval is 1 minute, that is, if the Bumblebee portal does not receive keep alive messages from a device for a minute, it declares it down. Use this function to make the notification time window longer in increment of a minute.
Edit IP Monitor Target
The default IP Monitor Target is the default gateway IP address. Typically this IP address is the ISP default gateway IP address. The IP Monitor Target is used for measuring latency and packet loss. Edit IP Monitor Target if you prefer a different IP target.
Edit iPerf Server
The BN-CPE-1000 can be used as iPerf server ready to receive a client traffic for iPerf performance testing.
DDoS Protection Suite
To learn more about security services, refer to this link.
Edit Geo Visibility
Turn on this feature to see what countries are originating traffic to the CPE device and what countries your site is egressing traffic to. You'll be surprised lots of traffic is originated from not so friendly countries, many of originating source IP addresses are malicious IPs.
Edit Block Malicious Sources
Turn on this feature to block originating IPs with malicious score of 100.
Edit DDoS Mitigation
Enable this service to block TCP SYN flood, UDP flood and ICMP flood.
Diagnostics Group
Get Diagnostics
Get Diagnostics returns live status on the device, such as if LAN ports are connected (have carrier) and if they are in UP state.
Reset LAN Ports
Take this action if the LAN is in down state and you wish to bring it back up. Make sure the LAN port is connected.
Reset Device
Take this action if the device is up but not forwarding packets. By rebooting the device the software gets restarted.
Ping and Trace route
Use this tool to run ping and trace route to test reachability from the selected device.
Delete
Take this action cautiously! This will delete the device from the database.
Dashboards
Map View
Display the summary information of the deployment and geo locations of the sites.
WAN Link Health
Display Uptime, WAN Link Health, Outage history, Daily Performance Assurance Tests. For more info, refer to this link.
WAN Link Utilization
Display link utilization, Peak Hour and Peak Hour utilization, Peak Hour utilization trend (3 years of storage). For more info, refer to this link.
Application Performance Insights
Application flows and each flow performance analysis and report. Identify packet loss and which network segment dropped packets. For more info, refer to this link.
DDoS Protection Suite
Display inbound originating sources and malicious IPs. Display blocked IPs and block DDoS attacks. For more info, refer to this link.
